What sellers, executors, and investors most often ask about how the firm works. Anything not covered here can be asked in confidence through the inquiry form.

What is real estate liquidation?

Real estate liquidation is the structured conversion of property into proceeds. In our practice it means the disciplined disposition of real estate, from a single asset to a full portfolio, through valuation, targeted marketing to qualified buyers, and settlement through licensed title and escrow.

What does Real Estate Liquidation Services do?

We are a disposition practice. We manage portfolio liquidation, auction management, valuation and advisory, and investor placement for institutional sellers, lenders, and private estates.

What types of assets do you handle?

Bulk REO pools, note portfolios, estate assets, surplus commercial property, and land tracts, as single assets or mixed portfolios.

Who does the firm act for?

Lenders, funds, estates, and owners with real estate to dispose of. On the other side of each engagement, qualified investors seeking quality assets.

How does an engagement work?

Every mandate follows four steps. We assess the portfolio and verify title, structure the disposition strategy and timeline, market confidentially to our qualified investor network, and close through licensed title and escrow.

Do you list properties publicly?

No. Mandates are off market by default. Marketing is targeted and confidential, and seller identities and terms are never publicly disclosed.

How are assets valued?

Through documented market evidence. Broker opinions of value, market underwriting, and disposition modeling support every reserve and recommendation, in writing.

What auction formats do you run?

Sealed bid and timed online auctions, with reserve or absolute structures. Bidders are vetted for capacity to close before participating.

How do investors gain access to opportunities?

Through the firm's private network. Investors can request consideration by sending a confidential inquiry, and opportunities are shared directly by the principal who owns the mandate.

How do we begin?

Send a confidential message through the inquiry form. Describe the asset or portfolio and your objectives, and the conversation begins from there.
